My newest obsession — Trader Joes’s pumpkin croissants!! I forgot to snap a pic before I let them rise when they were tiny but you can google it if you’re interested. I’ve bought the chocolate and almond (all time fav) varieties in the past but they never had the pumpkin last fall when I would go so I was glad to snag a box yesterday. Boy were they worth the wait — incredible!! Pumpkin lovers go buy these right now :D
Homemade almond butter!!!! Ohhh myyy gawdddd :D This came out sooo amazing! I was always intimidated to make it since I didn’t think my food processor could handle it but it literally took less than 5 minutes on high! It’s sooo creamy and tasty I just love this. This huge bag of almonds (when it was full) was $10 and the few cups I used made a pretty good amount of almond butter. It’s definitely cheaper to make at home than buying it pre-made and just as delicious, if not more. I’m sooo happy I finally tried it. Success for sure!! xoxo
P.S. This was made with ONLY almonds — nothing else :)
Chicken Marsala meatballs — wow these were incredible! This is the recipe I needed the fresh parsley for. It’s Giada’s recipe which can be found here. It’s really sooo amazing that the hubs requested I add it to our rotation of recipes I made every few weeks/months. This is definitely a keeper and something I see myself making time and time again! Check it out :)
Bought way too much parsley for my dinner recipe which only calls for 2 tbsp! Drying out the rest to use in the future.
Amazing homemade mushroom pizza! Sooo I bought a frozen buffalo chicken pizza on my way home then realized it had ranch — total fail :( So I whipped up some crust and used what I had on hand. This came out so well! The pan makes all the difference too :)
Grocery trip! I haven’t posted our groceries in a long while. We have a bunch of staples and meat so didn’t need a ton of food this week. I was craving pierogies though so I had to pick those up :)
Homemade white broccoli pizza before and after. Soooo incredible!! I’ll def make this again. Tried out my caphalon pizza tray with little holes throughout for the first time too and I’m a huge fan. Great bridal shower gift :)
Homemade cinnamon pull apart bread!! Oh-my-goddddd this came out incredible and was totally worth the hours I spent on it all afternoon. The husband absolutely loved it too!! This was a huge hit and a great end to our weekend :) Recipe can be found here.
Sunday dinner — turkey roast with gravy, smashed potatoes, and green beans! Soooo amazing :) Leftovers for tomorrow too!!
